BATH FESTIVAL ORCHESTRA 

OFFICIAL LAUNCH @ THE BATH FESTIVAL MAY 2021

The Bath festival Orchestra was launched as a highlight of the 2021 Bath Festival  in a live BBC broadcast which was one of the first live outside broadcasts  since the pandemic started. The concert was given as the first performance event in the newly refurbished Bath Abbey . 

The concert given with the outstanding young professional artist musicians  of the Orchestra with rising star soprano Rowan Pierce in Strauss orchestral songs, went on to perform Brahms and Weber which was fully filmed and marked the official start of the Orchestra's exciting journey both in the concert hall, other spaces and on -line alongside its major country-wide new education programme to help less advantaged young student musicians.
